Dr. Drew Allen

Dr. Drew Allen has 15 years of experience using data and analysis to support strategic planning in higher education settings. He comes to Harvard from Georgetown University, where he served as Associate Vice President for Institutional Data Analytics since 2020. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of roles related to data analysis and operations at Princeton University, including as Executive Director for the Data-Driven Social Science Initiative. From 2008-2015, he worked at the City University of New York (CUNY) in roles focusing on research and evaluation, including as Founding Director of its Office of Research, Evaluation and Program Support. Drew holds a Ph.D. in Higher and Postsecondary Education from New York University, an M.A. in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Arkansas.
