We are excited to announce the upcoming Fall Conference of the International Young Researchers' Conference (IYRC). The conference is structured on separate days. The Virtual Day will take place on November 25, 2023 (EST time zone), for those who cannot attend the conference physically. On December 23, 2023, we will host an In-Person Day at the University of Tokyo, Japan, where attendees will have the invaluable opportunity to engage face-to-face with esteemed speakers, meet other student researchers, as well as interact with students from Stanford University and Columbia University.

​All submissions will undergo a peer-review process to ensure the quality and relevance of the accepted papers. The accepted papers will be assigned DOI (Digital Object Identifier) registration and included in the conference proceedings.

In line with the spirit of academic excellence, this year's winter IYRC research projects will be vying for the esteemed Lewis-Nguyen Research Scholarship, valued at $5,000 USD. This scholarship will be awarded exclusively to one exceptional student who presents the best overall paper and delivers an outstanding presentation on the In-Person Day of the conference. The aim of this scholarship is to recognize and encourage high-achieving students who demonstrate exceptional research prowess.
